How do I place an order?
Choose a colour and size on the product page, add the piece to your bag and go to checkout. Enter your name, a phone number and the delivery address; email is optional. You don't need an account. You'll see your order number straight away, and we'll then call you to confirm the order and agree a delivery time.
Do I need an account to order?
No, an account is optional. With one, your orders and saved addresses are in one place, and your bag and favourites follow you on every device. You can open an account at any time.
Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
Across Armenia: in Yerevan usually within 1–2 days, elsewhere in Armenia within 2–3 days, counted from when we confirm your order. More on Shipping & delivery.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs 1,000 ֏. In Yerevan it's free on orders over 25,000 ֏. The exact fee for your order is always shown at checkout before you place it.
How do I pay?
When your order arrives, in cash or by card. We don't take payment online and nothing is charged in advance. See Payment.
Can I pay in another currency?
Prices are set in Armenian drams. You can choose another currency on the site; prices are then converted from AMD at the Central Bank of Armenia rate plus a 3% conversion margin, and fixed in your order when you place it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until it's sent. Write to us or call +374 44 772 554.
How do I track my order?
Go to Track your order and enter your order number with the email or phone number you used at checkout. If you ordered while signed in, all your orders are also in your account.
Can I exchange or return something?
Yes. Within 14 days of receiving your order you can exchange a piece for another size or colour, if we have it in stock, or withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Keep the tags on and handle items only as you would to try them on in a shop. Tell us at info@clydesdale.am or in the chat, with your order number. How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size chart and a size finder: enter your chest measurement, or your height and weight, and it suggests a size. The Size guide explains how to measure.
How should I care for my pieces?
Care instructions are on each product page, under Details and care. Our cotton polos and tees go in the machine at 30°, inside out.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Every email will have an unsubscribe link, or use the unsubscribe page.
