Payment

You pay when your order arrives, in cash or by card. We don't take payment online and nothing is charged in advance, so if an order is cancelled, you won't have paid anything.

Prices are set in Armenian drams (AMD). You can choose to see them in another currency; they're then converted from AMD at the Central Bank of Armenia rate shown at checkout, plus a 3% conversion margin. The currency, rate and amounts are fixed in your order when you place it. If exchange rates aren't available at that moment, you can pay in drams or try again a few minutes later.

Delivery costs 1,000 ֏; within Yerevan it's free on orders over 25,000 ֏. The delivery fee and any promo code discount are shown at checkout before you place the order. One promo code can be used per order.

If you return something, we refund it the same way you paid: a cash payment in cash, a card payment to the same card. Timings and conditions are on Returns & exchanges.

As there's nothing to pay online, we never need your card details in advance. Please don't send them, or any passwords, in the chat or by email.
