Shipping & delivery

We deliver across Armenia. Once your order is confirmed, delivery usually takes:

• Yerevan: 1–2 days
• Elsewhere in Armenia: 2–3 days

Delivery costs 1,000 ֏. Within Yerevan it's free on orders over 25,000 ֏, and your bag shows how close you are. The delivery fee for your order, and any promo code discount, are shown at checkout before you place it.

• You see your order number straight away, for example CL-1042.
• We call you on the number you gave to confirm the order and agree a delivery time. Please use a number where we can reach you: if we can't, we may have to cancel the order.
• A courier brings your parcel to the address you gave. The note at checkout is the place for anything the courier should know.
• You pay on arrival, in cash or by card.

See where your order is on Track your order, with your order number and the email or phone number you used at checkout. If you ordered while signed in, it's also in your account.

You can change or cancel an order free of charge until it's sent. Write to us or call +374 44 772 554.

Please check the parcel when you receive it, and tell us straight away if anything is missing or damaged. The full delivery terms are in our Terms of use.
